Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All domestic orders over $35 ship free. Our processing time is currently 5-7 days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class, depending on weight, and usually arrive between 2-5 business days.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.

Returns

Return items MUST be postmarked within 15 days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued, only online credit, unless you return your items in store, at which point we offer in-store credit. Avoid shipping fees by dropping off returns in store. Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging, with tags still attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice. All SALE & CLEARANCE merchandise and jewelry are Final Sale and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges can be done in-store for the same item, otherwise:

Online Credit

Online credit will be issued to the email provided after the gift card was purchased or return has been processed.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt—no exceptions. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS PROCESS:

  • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to support@roseandremington.com, including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.

  • Indicate "Damaged" in the subject line.

  • Include the order #, and product name of the item.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

Once we receive your items they will be processed within 2-3 business days at which time we will issue you in-store credit via email.
