Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders over $50 ship free. Our processing time is currently 4-10 days. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Media Mail or First Class, depending on weight, and usually arrives between 2-5 business days. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.
- Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
Return Policy & Process
ROSEANDREMINGTON.COM returns and exchanges cannot be processed at any Rose & Remington or Curve & Cloth store locations. However, our policy is aimed to make shipping back easy!
To ship back your order:
- We do not provide free return shipping however; we do offer a printable pre-paid return label ($5 deduction) to make shipping back simple!
- If possible utilize the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes.
- Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice or use a pre-paid return label - shipping with tracking information is recommended.
- Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (one used to place order) in the return. You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order.

We reserve the right to reject returns if item(s) are in your care for longer period than 30 days, original tags are removed or items have been washed, worn or have been altered from original condition in anyway. Please see Return Guidelines BELOW for more details. Returns will only be made back to your choice of online store credit or original form of payment if return item(s) are received within 15 days of order delivery. Any orders thereafter (up to 30 days from order delivery) will only qualify for online store credit. Cost of shipping is non-returnable.
- Pack item(s)―tags attached―along with your completed packing slip return form.
If you can't send the packing slip print your shipping confirmation e-mail or include your order number, billing name & address.
- Attach the pre-paid return label on the front of your package.* We'll deduct $5.00 from your return credit to cover return shipping costs. Please allow 14 days for return processing.
Make a note of the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status and ensure credit has been issued.
- Ship back your items by dropping off package at any USPS location.
- Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been work or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return within 30 days of delivery of your order.
- Please allow up to 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
- Refunds in original form of payment will only be issued if return is received back within 15 days of order delivery.
- Returns received after 15 days of order delivery will be issued as online store credit only.Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order at our warehouse. The 30 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 30 days or items not in original condition will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
- Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
We do NOT Process Exchanges:
- Due to high volume, we are unable to process exchanges.
- You will have the option choose Online Store Credit for all eligible returned merchandise (see above and note ALL steps on how a return is eligible). Online store credit may then be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Online Store Credit never expires.
Defects or Damaged Items:
- Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues and contact email: email@example.com.
- All defects and issues must be notified via email within 3 days of receiving the order and must include order number and images of the issue.
- E-Gift Cards, Sale Items, Clearance, Bralettes, Beauty, Leggings, Accessories and Jewelry are Final Sale. No Returns will be accepted for these items at any time.
- The term "Final Sale" means an item cannot be returned. No Exceptions.
ANY ITEMS REJECTED FOR A RETURN WILL REQUIRE A ($5.00) RE-SHIPPING FEE & WILL BE SENT BACK AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO PURCHASE A SHIPPING LABEL IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RESHIPPING FEE IN 7 DAYS, WE WILL DONATE ALL ITEMS TO CHARITY.
