Senior Administrator
Location: Lebanon, Ohio
Description: The full-time administration role & will be responsible for QuickBooks & bookkeeping. This role reports to the Office Manager and he/she will be responsible for payroll, negotiating with vendors & other administrative projects & tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Quickbooks (3-5 mandatory experience required)
● Payroll & bill pay
● Vendor negotiations
● Perform other related duties and assignments as needed*
● File management + organization
● Taking full ownership and accountability of projects assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Quickbooks experience required (3-5 years + )
+ ability to multi-task
