The Keyholder/Sales Associate will assist in the receiving, stocking, pricing of all merchandise and help maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness. This individual would work to assist customers in fulfilling all of their needs and helping them at the point of sale. 

Customer Service:

  • Provide a positive representation of Brant’s Hardware.
  • Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
  • Possess a friendly outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as associates.
  • Possess knowledge of store layout and location of products.

Store Operations

  • Assist in creating a positive, professional and safe work environment.
  • Assist with receiving / stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
  • Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and merchandise.
  • Complete any tasks given by the store manager
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Make nightly deposits in store
  • Run cash register


  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs)
