TEAM LEAD	FULL-TIME	UNIVERSITY (Mishawaka, IN) JOHNSON CITY FAYETTE FLORENCE CLAY TERRACE	Complete all opening/closing procedures Consistently meet or exceed store and individual goals Ensures that all stylists, keyholders, and the ASM are properly and effectively on-boarded and trained Leads all creative merchandising on the sale floor Knowledge of product lines Complete daily tasks as well as processing any incoming shipment Complete inventory, scheduling, payroll, and other operational documentation weekly Maintain daily communication with upper management Maintain a clean and safe work space	Leadership skills & experience strong communication skills 1+ year of retail supervisory experience required 1+ year of experience in apparel preferred - 1+ year of guest service experience preferred
ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD (ASM)	FULL-TIME	UNIVERSITY (Mishawaka, IN) JOHNSON CITY	Complete all opening/closing procedures. Consistently meet or exceed store and individual goals Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority Assist Team Lead with stylist and keyholder training. Assist with merchandising on the sale floor Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers Knowledge of all product lines in store Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment Maintain a clean and safe work space Connect with customers at the cash wrap	Superior customer service skills Strong supervisory skills with an ability to coach and develop others Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organization skills with an attention to detail and an ability to prioritize effectively Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require standing, sitting, reaching and/or kneeling frequently. May be required to occasionally climb ladders. Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds.

Consistently meeting and exceeding store sales goals. Ability to function as a role model, ensuring that the guest remains the top priority Assist with merchandising on the sale floor Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers Knowledge of all product lines in store Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment Maintain a clean and safe work space Connect with customers at the cash wrap	Must have great communication skills Retail background preferred not required
STYLIST	PART-TIME	Always looking for talent at all locations	Demonstrate exceptional customer service including being a stylist to all customers Knowledge of all product lines in store Assist in a fitting room by suggesting new clothing items or accessories to customers Complete daily tasks as well as assistance with processing any incoming shipment Maintain a clean and safe work space Connect with customers at the cash wrap	Must have great communication skills
CONTRACTOR	FULL-TIME	LEBANON, OH	Building out new stores & company projects	Basic carpentry, 1+ years of experience general construction (1-3 years experience) Willing to travel based on project needs (25% to 50% travel) Willingness to learn new skill sets
