3D Modeler/Architect - Registered

Location: Lebanon, Ohio

Description: The full-time 3D Modeler will be responsible for rendering designs for construction build-outs in detail & provided necessary information to move projects forward. This role reports to the CEO & Office Manager. In addition to field designs, he/she will produce creative assets for various marketing campaigns and channels, work collaboratively with our design team on other design materials & graphics as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST hold architectural stamp (currently)
• ALL CAD program experience 
• MUST have 2+ years of Sketch Up experience
• Relevant construction field design experience
• Design experience using Adobe suite & other design software
• Degree in relevant field and/or comparable experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Space design using 3D Modeling using Sketch Up & other design software
• Ordering materials, permitting & sign renderings 
• Ability to draft & edit work orders & prints (detailing build-outs)
• Meet deadlines
• Provide answers and resources to our team in the field
• Perform other related duties and assignments as needed* 
• File management + organization
• Complete tasks with minimal feedback and on schedule
• Proofing designs created by graphic design team to ensure files are to spec on high scale projects

This is a full-time position with operational hours Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Position is located in Lebanon, OH. Salary based on knowledge of job scope. Position is available now!
